C profile posts, the statics of which are calculated, are driven into the ground with a pile driver in accordance with the layout plan or fixed with anchors on the concrete, or concrete is poured and placed after the Rock process. It is placed on the posts by adjusting it up to 45 degrees at desired angles with our special design AC. For this placement, no holes are drilled on the profile in the field. Height differences in the field are absorbed by the slots on it. TC1 profiles that we will use as beams are mounted again without drilling holes. Purlin profile TT1 is connected with special nuts&bolts onto the TC1 profile. In cases where earthquake braces are needed as a result of static calculations, L profiles are mounted between the columns. Panel can be quickly mounted onto Purlin from the long side of the panel with our MC and EC clamps in accordance with the warranty conditions of the panel manufacturer. With this technique, the installation time is shortened and labor is saved.
